Shipping + Returns
 

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 Australia wide for all products except the Ultimate Soy Candle Making Kit which incurs a flat rate fee of $15. 

All orders dispatched by Curious Studios are sent via Australia Post Standard Post Service and include a tracking number.

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days for delivery.

Please note that due to COVID-19 there are some delays in transit and signatures will not be required at this time we appreciate your patience.

We do everything in our power to pack and dispatch your order within 72 hours of your order being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your email will contain your tracking details.

Please ensure you regularly check the email used when placing your order, as this is where all correspondence will be sent.

Refunds

A refund will only be provided if your goods are faulty or damaged during shipping.

All Curious Studios items are quality checked, however, from time to time we understand that an item may be damaged during shipping. If you have received a damaged product, we will gladly offer a replacement if the product was purchased within 30 days. To notify us of the fault, please contact us at create@curiousstudios.com.au and include the below information:

• Your order # or proof of purchase details

• Your full name

• Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description of the issue

Please note the following for all returns:

• Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and unused.

If your return does not adhere to any of the above, will not accept the return.
